As-salāmu ʿalaykum Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Alḥamdulillāh, we are pleased to inform the community that the Centre is now open for in person gatherings. Please read the attendance guidelines below before attending the event:
- The attendee must register before attending the event.
- The attendee must be fully vaccinated.
- Wearing a mask is always mandatory for all attendees at all times.
- Everyone’s temperature must be measured when they arrive.
- Before entering, everyone must sign a screening form that confirms they have:
- No symptoms
- Haven’t tested positive
- Haven’t Been in contact with someone who has tested positive
- Aren’t required to be isolated due to travel.
- We will be adhering to the physical distancing guidelines. Socializing on AIC premises (inside or outside the centre) is strictly prohibited.
- No foods or drinks will be served inside the centre except a bottle of water.
- Sanitizers will be setup at various areas to allow regular sanitation.
- People can only sit on marked area that are appropriately distanced.
- In case of praying at the centre, please bring your own Turbah, prayer mat, tasbih and Qur’an/Du’a books as there will be none.
- Always respect the request of the volunteers and staff at AIC at all times.
- While safety of the community is of utmost priority, there is still some present with visiting the centre. Each individual bears responsibility for their own actions and AIC of Mississauga will not be held liable for any complications arising from person’s visit to the centre.
- The AIC of Mississauga will collect and retain the contact information in case public health officials require it for contact tracing purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties.
